With capacity for up to 1,000 guests, the lawn provides a private, secure, and beautifully open setting designed for memorable occasions—without compromising the comfort of our in-house guests.

  • The venue is offered on a self-catering basis

  • Clients arrange their own catering, décor, and entertainment

  • Sound levels must remain appropriate to the residential setting

  • From USD 1,500 – Mid-size events (100–300 guests)

  • From USD 2,500+ – Large-scale events (300–1,000 guests)

  • Exclusive use of the lawn
