With capacity for up to 1,000 guests, the lawn provides a private, secure, and beautifully open setting designed for memorable occasions—without compromising the comfort of our in-house guests.

              Event Timing Policy

To ensure a peaceful and premium experience for all residents and guests, all lawn events are strictly limited to daytime and early evening use:

  • Event setup: from morning

  • Event duration: daytime to sunset

  • All events must conclude by 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the latest

  • ​

This allows you to enjoy a full event experience—from daylight through a beautiful ocean sunset—while maintaining a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.

What We Provide

  • Full perimeter security

  • Access to electricity and water

  • Tables and chairs (as required)

Important Notes

  • The venue is offered on a self-catering basis

  • Clients arrange their own catering, décor, and entertainment

  • Sound levels must remain appropriate to the residential setting

Important Booking Notes

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date

  • Final balance 7 days due before event day

  • Events are strictly daytime/sunset only, ending no later than 7:00–8:00 PM
